Frequently asked questions
Having an on-site catering team means meals are freshly prepared in your school kitchen using quality ingredients and seasonal produce. It gives schools greater flexibility to respond to pupil preferences, special events and changing meal uptake, while creating a welcoming dining experience that encourages more pupils to choose school meals.
Yes. We have robust allergen management procedures in place and work closely with schools and parents to provide safe, nutritious meals for pupils with allergies, medical diets and cultural or religious requirements. Every school has a trained Allergen Champion, and our nutrition team can provide additional support for more complex dietary needs.
Our menus are developed by nutrition experts and chefs to meet, and often exceed, Government School Food Standards. Around 90% of our meals are cooked from scratch using fresh, seasonal ingredients, with balanced recipes designed to support pupils' concentration, wellbeing and learning throughout the school day.
Yes. Our on-site catering service can provide breakfast clubs, morning break, lunch, after-school provision and hospitality for meetings, training days and school events. We work with each school to create a catering offer that meets the needs of its pupils, staff and community.
We create menus that pupils enjoy, combining familiar favourites with modern, trend-led dishes and seasonal ingredients. Alongside regular menu refreshes, we engage pupils through tasting sessions, themed events and feedback opportunities, helping schools increase meal uptake while creating a positive dining experience.
