Favourite food:
I love all fish and seafood.

Favourite food to cook/bake:
I’m a big fan of cooking curries, including all the sides, naan, raita, pakora etc. It’s great being able to make your own and family and friends enjoying it.

Best school meal memory:
I didn’t have school meals at primary as I went home for lunch, it was that long ago. At secondary I used to love their homemade pizza. The base was so thick, it was almost like a savoury scone.

Why do you love working for AiP?
I love being able to make a difference to what pupils eat. Seeing how much they enjoy the food, the comments they make and also the reactions of teachers as well. Especially when we are mobilising new contracts and we have hugely improved the food offer from what they previously had. This is exactly why we get into education catering. To make a difference.
