Favourite food:
Anything with no calories! We spend a lot of time in Greece and Greek food is my all-time favourite.
Favourite food to cook/bake:
I love to cook Indian food, and I also make a delicious Thai Fish Curry.
Best school meal memory:
Cheesy pie mixed with baked beans brings back memories of school dinners served by kind dinner ladies. Reflecting on these moments, I am proud knowing our teams will invoke similar memories for the youngsters we serve today.
